01 Diploma / NVQ Level
02 Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the construction field
03 Good knowledge of construction methods and site supervision
04 Ability to read drawings and technical documents
05 Good communication and leadership skills
06 Computer knowledge (MS Office, AutoCAD is an advantage)
07 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
08 Valid riding/driving license preferred
