01 Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

02 Minimum 1–3 years of experience in construction or interior projects

03 Knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity take-off

04 Ability to prepare project budgets and quotations

05 Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software

06 Strong communication and negotiation skills

07 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

08 Good team player with positive attitude
