# 💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Technical Support Officer

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ NVQ Level 4 or any other similar related professional qualification in Electronics, Electrical or IT.
【~】✪ Working knowledge in Windows OS/ Antivirus / MS Office tools and Networking would be an added advantage.
【~】✪ Age between 20-35 years with a Positive attitude
# 💠 Attributes/Skills Required
【~】✪ Should be hard working, self-motivated & result oriented team Player.
【~】✪ Good technical troubleshooting skills with a structured process to analyze
【~】✪ Ability to work under pressure and travel with effective communication
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Troubleshooting and maintaining Cash counting / ATM/ CRM / Cash Sorting and other banking products supplied by Aiken to ensure service level support is within the given time period and to minimize customer downtime.
【~】✪ Installation and re-configuration of all Hardware supplied by Aiken.
【~】✪ Experience of working in customer service/field service will be an added advantage.
