• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other site workers to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor the progress of the construction and provide regular update to managers.
• Resolve on-site technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Must have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work long hours when necessary
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Technician in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in related field is preferred.
• Need to have bike license and a bike (Mandatory)
