Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Sales and Marketing at MegaPay (Pvt) Ltd. - Pay&Go located in Colombo. As a Team Leader in sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the payment collection industry

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service

Ability to analyze market trends and competitors' activities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Relevant certifications in sales and marketing are a plus
