💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ 🔹 Minimum 5–8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, heavy vehicle or crane workshop supervision
【~】✪ 🔹 Diploma / Higher National Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
【~】✪ 🔹 Strong knowledge of heavy vehicles, cranes, hydraulic systems, and workshop operations
【~】✪ 🔹 Proven experience in supervising technicians and maintenance teams
【~】✪ 🔹 Ability to plan and allocate daily maintenance and repair work
【~】✪ 🔹 Good knowledge of safety standards and industrial compliance requirements
【~】✪ 🔹 Ability to work under pressure and manage breakdown situations
【~】✪ 🔹 Strong communication and leadership skills
【~】✪ 🔹 Ability to work on roster basis if required (day / night shifts)
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ 🔹 Supervise mechanical maintenance, repair, and workshop operations
【~】✪ 🔹 Allocate tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion of work
【~】✪ 🔹 Monitor breakdown repairs and ensure quick restoration of equipment
【~】✪ 🔹 Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards and procedures
【~】✪ 🔹 Inspect equipment and verify quality of repairs
【~】✪ 🔹 Maintain maintenance schedules, reports, and service records
【~】✪ 🔹 Coordinate with operations, logistics, and management teams
【~】✪ 🔹 Provide technical guidance and support to workshop staff
