# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities in the Convertainer Production department.
• Plan daily production schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Ensure all production operations comply with required quality standards and customer specifications.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and promote safe work practices.
• Conduct regular inspections of Convertainer Production processes.
• Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to maintain workflow.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with procurement, stores, and quality departments to resolve issues.
• Continuously implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Welding, Fabrication, or Electrical Engineering (or an equivalent qualification such as German Tech).
• Passed GCE O/L and GCE A/L.
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in production and fabrication operations.
• Knowledge of container fabrication processes will be an advantage.
• Computer-literate (MS Word/ Excel/PowerPoint Presentation)
• Leadership and team management.
• Problem-solving and decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Communication and reporting skills.
