NORVI Controllers is a Sri Lankan electronics design and manufacturing company that exports industrial IoT hardware to Europe and North America. Our products are CE/EMC/RED certified and used in real industrial automation projects worldwide. We are a team of 25 people based in Midigama, Weligama, and have been shipping internationally since 2014.
The Role
We are looking for a Store Manager to manage the day-to-day handling of components and materials in our production facility. This role is responsible for receiving incoming components, maintaining accurate stock records, issuing components to the production floor against Bills of Materials (BOMs), and supporting dispatch packing and labelling.
Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail are the most important qualities for this role. The right person takes ownership of the warehouse function and keeps stock organised and records up to date without being prompted.
What You Will Do
• Receive incoming components and materials — verify against purchase orders, inspect for damage, and update stock records
• Issue components to the production floor against production BOMs — picking accurately and recording all movements
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the company's stock management system
• Support dispatch packing and labelling of finished products for shipment
• Conduct regular stock checks and flag discrepancies to the Operations Manager
• Keep the warehouse organised, clean, and easily navigable at all times
• Handle basic documentation — goods received notes, delivery records, and stock movement entries
• Communicate clearly in writing with internal teams on stock availability and delivery updates
What We Are Looking For
• Ability to read and write English — you will be handling documentation and communicating with internal teams in English
• Good computer literacy — you will be working with inventory and stock management systems, spreadsheets, and email
• High attention to detail — accurate component picking and stock recording is critical in an electronics manufacturing environment
• Reliable and accountable — you take responsibility for stock accuracy and follow through without being reminded
• Organised and methodical in how you handle and store materials
• Prior experience in a warehouse, stores, or inventory role is an advantage but not essential — we will train the right person
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing facility environment
What We Offer
• Salary: LKR 50,000–70,000/month based on experience
• Permanent position with EPF/ETF
• On-the-job training in inventory and warehouse management

Location
Our facility is in Midigama, Weligama, Southern Province. This is a full-time, on-site role. Candidates based in the Galle–Matara corridor are strongly preferred.
