The Job
We are a manufacturing and export company based in Midigama, Weligama. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to take full charge of our production floor — team, output, quality, and discipline.
We need someone who has done this before and can run independently. If you need to be told what to do every day, this is not the right role.
Your Responsibilities
• Run the production floor — output targets, team management, quality, scheduling
• Manage supervisors and production staff directly
• Build and enforce production procedures and discipline
• Report production performance weekly to management
• Solve problems on the floor without waiting to be directed
What We Need
• Degree or HND in Engineering, Production Management, or Operations
• 3–4 years minimum experience managing a production floor — any manufacturing sector
• Experience managing a team of supervisors and workers
• Strong process discipline and ability to enforce standards
• Someone who takes ownership and delivers without micromanagement
Salary & Benefits
• LKR 120,000 – 180,000 per month based on experience
• Permanent position with EPF/ETF
Location
Midigama, Weligama, Southern Province. On-site, full-time. Candidates willing to relocate are welcome.
