STORES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced Stores Executive to manage inventory operations efficiently in our fast-paced fashion retail environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth stock flow between warehouse and showrooms while maintaining accurate records.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock

【~】✪ Manage stock levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy

【~】✪ Issue stocks to the showroom and ensure proper documentation

【~】✪ Perform regular stock counts & coordinate monthly audits

【~】✪ Maintain organized storage systems and ensure product safety

【~】✪ Prepare daily/weekly stock reports for management

【~】✪ Coordinate with Purchasing, Showroom & Accounts departments

【~】✪ Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and damaged items

【~】✪ Ensure compliance with company SOPs & inventory control procedures

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Minimum 1–3 years of experience in stores/inventory management

【~】✪ Experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics is an advantage

【~】✪ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

【~】✪ Good communication and coordination skills

【~】✪ Ability to work under pressure & handle multiple tasks

【~】✪ Computer literacy and knowledge of Excel/Inventory systems

【~】✪ Honest, responsible, and hardworking
