Warehouse Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Stores executive to oversee and manage day-to-day operations in our stores and transport functions. The role involves inventory control, goods receipt and dispatch, coordination with worksites, clearing agencies & suppliers and ensuring smooth, efficient and timely movement of materials in alignment with business objectives.

Role Overview:

· Handling stores activities including receiving, storage, inventory management of wood flooring and interior products.

· Monitor stores team performance and ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness and organizational standards.

· Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery schedules with internal teams and external transporters.

· Ensure on-time delivery to clients, dealers and project sites, minimizing delays and damages.

· Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records (Using System).

· Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse labor staff, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.

· Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and labor supervision.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Good Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.

· Minimum 1 - 2 years in stores and logistics, preferably in wood flooring, interiors or building materials.

· Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control and logistics operations.

· Good communication and team management skills.

· Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
