Key Role:
- Monitors general control over all activities in Store.
- Ensures safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of products.
- Maintains proper records.
- Initiates Material Requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed.
- Initiates action for stoppage of further requesting when the stock level approaches the maximum limit.
- Checks and receive ordered materials forwarded by the distribution department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
- Checks the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues.
The Person:
-2 passes in G. C. E (Advanced Level) .
-2 years experience in Stores handling in a reputed company.
-Proven working experience in retail store keeping.

- ගබඩා භාණ්ඩ මට්ටම අවම සීමාවට ළඟා වන විට අදාළ භාණ්ඩ නැවත ලබා ගැනීම සඳහා භාණ්ඩ ඉල්ලීම් පත්ර ආරම්භ කිරීම.
- ගබඩා භාණ්ඩ මට්ටම උපරිම සීමාවට ළඟා වන විට අදාළ ඉල්ලීම් නවතා දැමීම සඳහා ක්රියාමාර්ග ගැනීම.
- බෙදාහැරීමේ අංශය මඟින් ලැබෙන භාණ්ඩ පරීක්ෂා කර, නිසි ස්ථානවල සුරක්ෂිතව තැන්පත් කිරීම.
- ගබඩා පොත් වාර්තා සහ භෞතික ගබඩා මට්ටම් නිතර සසඳා බැලීම, වැරදි නිකුත් කිරීම් වලක්වා ගැනීම සඳහා අභ්යන්තර පාලනයක් ලෙස ක්රියා කිරීම.

- සිල්ලර ගබඩා කළමනාකරණයේ අත්දැකීම් සහිතව විශ්වාසනීය සේවය කර ඇති වීම.
