Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Steward/Waiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
-Welcoming guests warmly and professionally
-Taking food and beverage orders accurately
-Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently
-Ensuring tables are clean and tidy
-Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant
-Providing excellent customer service and resolving any guest issues promptly
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Steward/Waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environment
-Excellent communication and proficiency in English language
-Strong customer service orientation
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
-Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene practices
