Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor to manage daily worksite operations. The candidate must be able to handle both Sri Lankan and Indian workers, monitor progress, maintain safety standards, and coordinate tasks efficiently.

🔹 Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role

Must have good Hindi and Sinhala -speaking knowledge

Ability to manage workers effectively

Strong communication and leadership skills

Age below 45 years preferred
