We are a growing construction company commencing a project, an office building located in the Panadura area. We are looking for a Site In-Charge who can take full responsibility for site operations and overall progress. The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to manage multiple projects in parallel as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage all construction activities in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Manage site stock, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and certify interim and final bills.
• Prepare progress reports
Requirements
• Educational background in Civil Engineering or Building Construction.
• Outgoing and proactive personality with strong leadership skills.
• Ability to take initiative and handle all responsibilities related to project execution.
• Capability to manage and supervise multiple construction sites simultaneously.
• Strong skills in preparing bills, estimates, and progress reports.
• Willingness to work towards demanding targets and think creatively to achieve project goals.
