Showroom Supervisor - Galle

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the showroom sales team.

Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store performance.

Deliver exceptional customer service.

Supervise daily showroom operations, merchandising, and staff.

Train, coach, and develop the sales team.

Monitor stock availability and ensure accurate store procedures.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales, including 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Target-driven with a passion for customer service.

Experience in footwear, fashion, or retail is an advantage.

Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
