About the Role
Bestrends is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Galle showroom as Showroom Sales Executives. If you are passionate about sales, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience while helping the showroom achieve its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs.
* Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
* Maintain excellent product knowledge, including features, sizes, and pricing.
* Ensure products are properly displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
* Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
* Handle billing and POS transactions accurately when required.
* Assist customers with product inquiries, exchanges, and after-sales support.
* Monitor stock availability and inform supervisors of stock requirements.
* Participate in promotional campaigns and in-store activities.
* Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
* Work collaboratively with the showroom team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
* Previous experience in retail sales is preferred (experience in footwear or fashion retail will be an added advantage).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive and energetic personality with a passion for sales.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Strong customer service and selling skills.
* Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and on a roster basis.
* Basic computer literacy will be an added advantage.
