Position: Showroom Sales Manager
Location: Projector.lk Showroom – Colombo
Role Overview:
The Showroom Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our showroom, leading the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving sales growth while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance showroom performance and customer engagement.
Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
Train, mentor, and support team members in sales techniques and product offerings.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Maintain showroom standards, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in retail or electronics.
Minimum GCE O/L qualification; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
Proficiency in sales software and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Age below 40 years.
