Talent Hut is hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients in the IT retail industry. If you’re passionate about computer hardware, gaming PCs, and helping customers build the perfect setup, this is your opportunity!
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting laptops, PC components, and accessories based on their needs
- Provide guidance on custom PC builds (gaming, office, editing, etc.)
- Support and coordinate PC assembling and basic troubleshooting
- Achieve individual sales targets for hardware, peripherals, and custom builds
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest components (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, etc.)
- Explain technical features in a simple and customer-friendly manner
- Ensure proper showroom displays, especially for gaming setups and components
- Handle billing, quotations, and customer follow-ups
- Support daily showroom operations
🔹 Requirements
- Previous sales experience is an advantage (IT retail preferred)
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and accessories
- Basic hands-on experience or understanding of PC assembling
- Passion for gaming, custom PCs, and latest tech trends
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Sales-driven with a positive, team-player attitude
