🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily showroom operations and team performance

- Drive sales targets and achieve branch KPIs

- Train, motivate, and supervise sales staff

- Ensure excellent customer service and showroom standards

- Manage stock coordination and product displays

- Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates

- Plan promotions and support marketing activities

🔹 Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years experience in retail/showroom management (IT industry preferred)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset

- Good knowledge of laptops, PCs, and computer accessories

- Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly
