About the Role
Decant Services (PVT) Ltd is a well-established perfume decant company offering genuine fragrances in convenient sizes. We are looking for a friendly and motivated Showroom Sales Executive to assist customers, promote products, and ensure an excellent in-store experience.
Roles & Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
- Explain perfume details, prices, and offers to customers
- Help customers select suitable fragrances
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Handle billing and payment processes
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays
- Manage stock levels and inform the team when restocking is needed
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic sales knowledge or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
- Comfortable using billing systems and basic computer applications
