Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with their needs.

Maintain showroom cleanliness and product organisation

Ensure clothing is neatly arranged and presented

Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience

Collaborate with team members for showroom operation.

Ensure stock levels are properly maintained

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or fashion industry

Proficient in English, Sinhala, and Tamil

Must be organised and detail-oriented

Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

Passionate about fashion and customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
