Position: Showroom Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly showroom environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients.
Manage inventory, product displays, and ensure stock is up to date.
Collaborate with the management team to improve showroom operations and overall performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role, preferably in the kids' or family products industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Passionate about children’s products and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
G.C.E A/L or relevant qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management preferred.
Ability to work late hours as required.
