*Key Responsibilities*:
- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations.
- Manage staff, including training and development.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain customer relations.
- Stock management, including ordering and inventory control.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Handle cash management and reporting.
*Requirements*:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail or hardware sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hardware products is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A customer-focused attitude.
