අතුරුගිරියේ පිහිටි අලුතින් පිහිටුවන ලද නැවුම් කිරි ව්යාපාරයක දෛනික මෙහෙයුම් වලට සහාය වීම සඳහා සාප්පු සහායකයින් දෙදෙනෙකු (02) ට පුරප්පාඩු පවතී.
ප්රධාන වගකීම්:
- අලෙවිසැලේ දෛනික මෙහෙයුම් සහ පාරිභෝගික සේවය සඳහා සහාය වීම.
- අලෙවි සැලට ගෙන දෙන නැවුම් කිරි නිසි පරිදි ලබා ගැනීම හැසිරවීම සහ ගබඩා කිරීම සඳහා සහාය වීම.
- තොග සහ සිල්ලර බෙදාහැරීම සඳහා කිරි ඇසුරුම් කිරීම, ලේබල් කිරීම සහ සකස් කිරීම සඳහා සහාය වීම.
- අලෙවිසැලේ සහ ගබඩා ප්රදේශයේ පිරිසිදුකම සහ සනීපාරක්ෂාව පවත්වා ගැනීම.
- තොග හැසිරවීම, සැකසීම සහ මූලික වාර්තා තබා ගැනීම සඳහා සහාය වීම.
- කවුන්ටරයේ විකුණුම් සඳහා සහාය වීම සහ පාරිභෝගික විමසීම් ආචාරශීලීව හැසිරවීම.
- එදිනෙදා මෙහෙයුම් කටයුතුවලදී වෙළඳ කළමනාකරුට සහාය වීම.
- සෑම විටම නිසි ආහාර හැසිරවීම සහ ආරක්ෂක ක්රියා පටිපාටි අනුගමනය කිරීම.
අවශ්යතා:
- අවම සුදුසුකම්: අ.පො.ස. සාමාන්ය පෙළ (සා/පෙළ) හෝ ඊට සමාන.
- සිල්ලර වෙළඳාම, සුපිරි වෙළඳසැල්, හෝටල් හෝ FMCG අංශයේ පෙර පළපුරුද්ද අමතර වාසියක් වනු ඇත.
- උදෑසන වැඩ කිරීමට සහ ශාරීරික වැඩ හැසිරවීමට ඇති හැකියාව.
- හොඳ සන්නිවේදනය සහ පාරිභෝගික සේවා කුසලතා.
- අවංකව වගකිවයුතුලෙස සහ කඩිසරව වැඩකිරීමට ඇති කැමත්ත හා හැකියාව.
- ව්යාපාරය සමඟ ඉගෙන ගැනීමට සහ වර්ධනය වීමට ඇති කැමැත්ත.
- පාසල් හැර ගිය අයද අයදුම් කිරීමට දිරිමත් කරනු ලැබේ.

SHOP ASSISTANTS (2 POSITIONS)
A newly established fresh milk distribution and retail business located in Athurugiriya is looking for two (02) Shop Assistants to support the daily operations of our milk collection, distribution, and retail outlet.
The business handles daily fresh milk collection from suppliers, bulk distribution to customers, and retail sales to nearby residents. Future expansion into other dairy products is also planned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily shop operations and customer service at the retail outlet.
- Support early morning receipt, handling, and storage of fresh milk deliveries.
- Help in packing, labeling, and preparing milk for bulk and retail distribution.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the shop and storage area.
- Assist in stock handling, arrangement, and basic record keeping.
- Support sales at the counter and handle customer inquiries politely.
- Assist the Shop Manager in day-to-day operational activities.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, supermarket, hotel, or FMCG sector will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work early morning hours and handle physical work.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
