Senior Waiter
📝 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Welcome and assist guests with a professional and friendly attitude
✔️ Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
✔️ Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
✔️ Supervise and guide junior waiters during service operations
✔️ Coordinate effectively with kitchen, cashier, and management teams
✔️ Handle customer complaints and special requests professionally
✔️ Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service standards
✔️ Support restaurant and catering operations during peak service hours
✔️ Assist in training new service staff and maintaining service quality
📋 Requirements
✔️ Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Waiter or Senior Waiter
✔️ Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or catering operations is essential
✔️ Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
✔️ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to supervise and motivate junior staff
✔️ Experience handling busy restaurant environments and large customer volumes
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and maintain service standards
⭐ Additional Advantages
🍽️ Experience in banquet, fine dining, or outdoor catering operations
🗣️ Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
🎓 Hospitality or customer service training
