We are looking for a passionate, high-energy Senior Lead Barista to elevate our coffee experience. This isn't just about making coffee — it's about mastering the art of the brew, managing our own coffee brand, and leading and training a team to deliver world-class service in every cup.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drink Preparation: Prepare high-quality coffee and related beverages, perform and train latte art and innovate recipes.
• Bar Management: Monitor coffee stations on cleanliness & hygeine, inventory control & management, upkeep of coffee machine standards and ensure brand standards.
• Staff Training: Coach junior baristas on machine use, customer service standards & latte arts.
• Quality Check: Taste and calibrate coffee throughout all locations to ensure consistent flavour and machine accuracy, accuracy on recipe and ingredient quality.
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience: 3 years of experience as a Lead Barista.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee beans, expert latte art skills and ability to train.
• Personality: Friendly and outgoing — you enjoy talking to customers and leading a team.
• Reliability: Honest and accurate when handling cash and managing inventory.
• Reporting: Prepare quality check reports, manage rosters, maintain recipes and product reports, monitor sales and customer service strategies
