The Role
Step into a senior role at one of Colombo’s fastest-growing real estate agencies where your experience, network, and leadership can deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive and close multi-million-rupee property transactions with HNIs, investors, and luxury buyers.
* Manage a personal high-value sales pipeline while mentoring and guiding junior sales executives.
* Leverage your network to bring in exclusive listings and off-market opportunities.
* Lead high-stakes negotiations, securing win–win outcomes for buyers and sellers.
* Work closely with marketing, acquisition, and back-office teams to deliver flawless client experiences.
* Provide market intelligence and strategic input to management to help shape sales direction.
Requirements
* Proven high-performer with 3+ years in luxury real estate or other high-ticket sales (finance, investment, luxury goods, automotive, etc.).
* Strong closer with a track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.
* Skilled at building relationships and trust with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
* Strategic thinker who can spot opportunities, solve problems, and add value beyond the transaction.
* Exceptional communicator in English (Sinhala/Tamil is a plus).
