To run our business and support the growth of our organic farming methods, we are looking for a motivated and experienced farm manager.
Job Responsibilities :
📍Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring the production of high-quality organic crops.
📍Develop and implement crop plans, including planting, cultivation, and harvesting schedules.
📍Manage soil health and fertility programs, including organic amendments and cover cropping.
📍Supervise and train farm staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
📍Monitor pest and disease management strategies, employing integrated pest management techniques.
📍Maintain compliance with organic certification standards and regulations.
📍Manage farm equipment and ensure proper maintenance and operation.
📍Collaborate with the marketing team to promote farm products and maintain customer relationships.
📍Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain financial records.
