Senior Executive - Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive Quality Assurance to join our dedicated team at Giga Foods. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to food quality and safety, with experience in quality assurance processes and a keen eye for detail.

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

【~】✪ Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Quality Assurance, preferably within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.

【~】✪ Technical Skills: Familiar with QMS tools, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (HACCP, ISO, BRC).

【~】✪ Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong skills in data analysis and quality troubleshooting.

【~】✪ Communication: Excellent communication skills to conduct training and provide feedback.

【~】✪ Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail for accuracy in audits, assessments, and record-keeping.

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Internal Audits: Conduct monthly internal audits for all outlets and bi-weekly audits for bulk kitchens and stores/warehouses.

【~】✪ Spot Audits & Sample Testing: Perform spot audits, Sample Verification Reviews (SVRs), and random sampling at the bulk kitchen for incoming, on-process, and finished products.

【~】✪ SOP Implementation: Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance across all departments.

【~】✪ Problem Solving & QMS Tools: Utilize Quality Management System (QMS) tools to resolve issues and improve processes.

【~】✪ Regulatory Compliance: Address regulatory concerns and maintain records to ensure compliance with industry standards.

【~】✪ Training & Development: Conduct training sessions on food safety, quality standards, health, and hygiene practices (GMPs/GHPs). Evaluate team knowledge through written and practical assessments.

【~】✪ Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data related to food safety and quality to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Maintain records for compliance management.

【~】✪ Corrective Actions: Develop and implement corrective actions to address any quality issues or concerns.

【~】✪ Pest Control & Hygiene: Oversee pest control measures and conduct trend analyses to prevent contamination.

【~】✪ Support & Guidance: Provide guidance to team members to align them with the company's quality objectives and maintain high standards.

【~】✪ Future Initiatives: Participate in upcoming initiatives such as supplier audits, HACCP/ISO/BRC certifications, ETP systems implementation, and hygienic transport systems for cold supply chain assurance.
