Key Responsibilities
·Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets within the assigned area
·Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
·Maintain strong relationships with key Customers
·Monitor market trends and customer feedback
·Monitor proper execution of promotional activities and company policies in the field
·Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements / Qualifications
·5+ years of experience as a sales Rep, preferably in fashion, stationery, or household products
·Age below 45 years
·Proven track record of achieving sales targets
·Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
·Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
·Have a valid driving license
Salary - 150,000 Rs ++
