Job Responsibilities:
- Security Checks: Must be able to use security scanners to implement the required scanning procedures for personnel entering and exiting the premises, preventing employees from bringing prohibited items into the office.
- Site Security Patrols: Conduct patrols of the office area and warehouse according to company patrol procedures, focusing on checking the security of doors, windows, fire-fighting facilities, power supplies, and blind spots in surveillance cameras.
- Access Control and Visitor Management: Strictly enforce visitor and employee registration procedures, verify visitor identities, standardize entry procedures for external personnel, and prevent unauthorized personnel from entering controlled areas.
- Surveillance System Management: Responsible for the daily inspection of surveillance equipment, reporting problems, and recording abnormal events.
Emergency Response: In the event of fire, power failure, personnel disputes, suspicious persons, etc., conduct initial handling according to emergency procedures and quickly notify relevant personnel or security units.
- Night Shift Patrol and Inspection: Perform night shift patrols of the office, record all abnormal situations, and file incident reports.
Asset Security Protection: Assist the administration department in managing the entry and exit of company assets, preventing asset loss and damage.
