We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Assistant to support the Regional Manager in daily business operations. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for a proactive professional with strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Regional Manager with day-to-day business operations
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
- Create clear, professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Analyze account statements and financial data to support decision-making
- Organize data, track performance metrics, and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Manage schedules, priorities, and deadlines efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, reports)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proven experience preparing professional presentations
- Ability to analyze account statements and financial data
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Working hours and weekends will follow GCC time.
