Responsibilities :

* Greet and engage customers in a friendly and
professional manner.
* Assist customers with product selection, sizing,
and styling advice.
* Achieve personal and team sales goals by driving
sales and upselling.
* Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
* Restock merchandise and ensure displays are well-maintained.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to create a
positive work environment.
Requirements :

* Previous experience in retail or customer service is

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good communication skill in Sinhala, Tamil & English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and
handle multiple tasks.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and
holidays.
