Sales representative

We are a leading cosmetics importers and distributors, looking for an experienced, enthusiastic sales representative who can also be a recovery officer

Requirements

• Male; age 25 - 45

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Better if had motor bike license

Remuneration

• Basic salary

• Target based incentive

• Monthly commission

Key responsibilities

• Use established rapport with clients 

• Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing clients

• Ensure sales activities focus on high-quality, "collectible" sales rather than just high volume

• Strict adherence to company procedure in accepting and handing over of receipts with required documentation.

• Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment

• Keep accurate records and reporting on collection activity.

• Respond to customer queries/disputes and ensure follow-up until proper resolution

• Issue overdue warnings to customers when payments by them are not being made

• Employees must take full responsibility for the money collected from customers

• The collected money should not be held or used fo personal purposes under any circumstances
