As a Creative Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in shaping their experience with Bright Link. Your responsibilities include managing communication across digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok, as well as answering phone calls professionally and following up with clients to provide information, quotes, and updates. You will also monitor customer inquiries, identify potential leads who have not made a purchase within four days, and proactively reach out to understand their concerns, address objections, and encourage conversions while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach to build trust.
In addition, you will assist walk-in clients at the Bright Link showroom, providing product information, helping them choose suitable options, and ensuring the front desk and showroom remain clean and organized. You will also contribute creative ideas to enhance the client experience, improve marketing, and support business growth by understanding client needs and sharing feedback with the team. Collaboration is a key part of the role, and you will work closely with management and sales teams, participate in brainstorming sessions for product ideas and promotions, and assist in preparing client presentations, quotes, or visual proposals.
