# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

• Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) Examinations with credit passes for Mathematics and English.

• Qualifications related to sales and marketing field.

• More than 1 year sales experience in tractors will be an added advantage.

• Effective communication & problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to travel across the country.

• Ability to work on MS Office packages.

• Proficiency in all three languages will be an advantage.

• Age below 30 years.

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

• Drive sales target and maintain debtors below the company expected levels.

• Conducting training of dealers on new products (related to water pump selling).

• Effective credit management and reporting.

• Achieve unit targets assigned for the area and interact with the channel partners/ end users.

•Focusing on key functions in Agro division and ensuring incremental sales through dealers of the allocated area.
