Sales and Marketing Manager (Packaging)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow market share.

• Lead the sales team with clear targets, training, and performance monitoring.

• Identify new business opportunities in packaging, agriculture, and FMCG sectors.

• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Collaborate on campaigns, advertisements, and product launches.

• Track market trends, competitors, and feedback to refine strategies.

• Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and close deals with clients.

• Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimize performance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the polythene manufacturing or packaging industry, including 2+ years in a managerial role.

• Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team, setting clear goals and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

• Having a well-established customer base in a similar industry will be a plus point.

• Strong understanding of polythene products and their applications in various industries.

• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing long-term client relationships.
