• Manage Store Opening and Setup to Ensure Operating Standards Are Met
• Develop, Implement and Improve All Processes and Procedures to Continuously Improve the Effectiveness of The Retail Business
• Oversee Day to Day Retail Operations Including Inventory, Store Planning and Maintenance and Daily Store Reporting.
• Must Have Ability to Take Full Responsibility of The Store and Staff
• Manage the Selection, Training and Development of Employees.
• Achieves and Maintains a High Customer Satisfaction Level Regularly and Systematically
• Ensure Monthly Sales Target Is Met.
• Handle and Resolve Escalated Customer Complaints and Issues.
• Maintains Quality Service by Establishing and Enforcing Organization Standards.
