【~】 More than 1 year experience in sales & marketing in the solar or renewable energy industry
【~】 Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net metering/off-grid systems, and EPC sales cycles
【~】 Age below 35 years
【~】 Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (both oral and written)
【~】 Strong team player with ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
