【~】 Part qualification in CA, CMA, ACCA, or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting from a recognized university
【~】 Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position
【~】 Prior experience in an ERP-based environment (preferably Oracle)
【~】 Age below 30 years
【~】 Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
【~】 Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
【~】 Good command of the English language
【~】 Effective communication and interpersonal skills
【~】 Ability to work with minimum supervision
【~】 Experience in an audit firm will be an added advantage
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】 Arrange supplier payments and pass relevant accounting entries
【~】 Handle and accurately record inventory-related transactions
【~】 Arrange Letters of Credit (LC) and Telegraphic Transfers (TT)
【~】 Perform pre-costing and post-costing of shipments
【~】 Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and government organizations
【~】 Prepare bank reconciliations
【~】 Manage petty cash transactions
【~】 Assist in managing treasury functions, including cash management and fund transfers
【~】 Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
【~】 Provide ad hoc management reports as required
【~】 Perform additional duties in line with the current job role as requested by management
