About the Role
Structa Engineering & Contractors (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and well-organized Female Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Kollupitiya office. This role requires close coordination between clients and the design team to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate between clients and the design/technical teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project flow.
• Attend to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings in a professional manner.
• Follow up on client requirements, design revisions, and approvals.
• Handle and track client deliverables such as drawings, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain proper records of client communications and project documentation.
• Support the sales and management team with coordination and administrative tasks.
Requirements
• Female candidate preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil will be an advantage).
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of office applications (MS Word, Excel, email).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment.
• Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or construction/design industry will be an added advantage.
