Key Responsibilities:

 Support the sales team with order processing and related documentation

 Coordinate activities between sales, marketing, and logistics teams

 Maintain and update customer and sales databases

 Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations

 Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales support or sales coordination

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in CRM software

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Work Expectations:

 Willingness to work extended hours when required

 Availability to work on weekends
