Sales Center Officer (Urgent)

Location: Laser Electronics, No. 157, Dippitigoda Road, Dalugama, Kelaniya

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information.

Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.

Manage inventory and ensure timely stock updates.

Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets.

Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum G.C.E. O/L qualification or equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.

Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.

Fluency in Sinhala and English (Tamil is a plus).
