Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Performance Training
Conduct regular sales training sessions for store teams
Train staff on UPT, AOV, conversion improvement, and customer engagement
Coach teams on upselling, styling, cross-selling, and closing techniques
Monitor staff performance and identify training gaps
Product Knowledge
Train teams on diamonds, silver jewellery, collections, materials, and product features
Ensure all staff confidently communicate product value and craftsmanship
Create easy-to-understand product education modules
Customer Experience & Brand Standards
Train teams on luxury customer handling and service standards
Ensure grooming, communication, and store presentation align with brand expectations
Build consistency across all EBO locations
New Hire Onboarding
Lead induction and onboarding training for new staff
Conduct regular assessments during probation periods
Support hiring evaluations from a sales and culture-fit perspective
SOP & Process Training
Implement operational SOPs and retail best practices
Train teams on billing processes, CRM handling, inventory awareness, and customer care standards
Performance Tracking
Conduct mystery audits, training evaluations, and feedback sessions
Share weekly and monthly training reports with management
Track improvements in sales KPIs after training implementation
Requirements
3+ years experience in retail training, preferably in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or luxury retail
Strong understanding of retail sales KPIs and customer psychology
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong leadership and coaching ability
Comfortable travelling between store locations
Passion for people development and retail growth
