Experience in Showrooms retail sales operations.
Must be willing to visit Touch of Gold Showrooms regularly.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience in the jewelry/retail industry will be an added advantage.

Oversee and support showroom operations across all branches.
Ensure showrooms are effectively managed and geared towards achieving sales targets.
Maintain product availability and efficient shop management to support sales performance.
Conduct regular showroom visits to maintain standards and drive performance.
Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies.

Full-time role based at Head Office, Colombo 03 with regular travel to showrooms.
Reports to senior management.
