Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Manage the staff.
- Ensure customer service standards are met, resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high food quality and timely service.
- Should be fluent in Sinhala skills (speaking, reading, writing) and moderate in English skills (speaking, reading, writing)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food, restaurant, or hotel field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
