* Good Knowledge of Hotel,Restaurant,Banquet Hall &
Kitchen Operation.
* Over see Daily Activities of the Property
* Planinig Maintance Work,Events U Room Bookngs.
* Self-Motivated & Enegetic with a great attention to detail to
just get things done as needed.
* Ensure a safer & Comfortable environment for Guests
& Members
* Build Relationships with Guests & use Feed book to improve
service Standard.

Qualifications:
* A Degree or Professional Qualification in Hospitality from
Recognized University or Institute.
* Proven Experience as a Resident Manager in the Hospitality
Industry (Minimum 3-5 Years)
* Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
* Strong Leadership & Team Management abilities
* Ability to Function effectively & Independently in a
Challenging Environment
* Age Below 50 Years
* Salary Negotiable
