About Us
Villa Verde Ella is a cozy, small-scale tourist guesthouse nestled in the scenic hills near Ella. We are dedicated to providing our guests with a warm and memorable experience, and we’re now looking for a motivated and passionate Hotel Manager (or Assistant Manager) to join our team.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
GCE (O/L) qualification or higher
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
A team player with a positive attitude and professional conduct
Passionate about hospitality and eager to grow with the property
Responsible and disciplined (non-alcoholic behavior required)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support daily operations of the guesthouse
Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction and service quality
Manage reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries efficiently
Coordinate with staff to maintain smooth and organized operations
Assist in meeting business goals and maintaining performance standards
Benefits
Salary: LKR 60,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)
