Lenard Refrigeration Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking detail-oriented Electricians / Mechanics to manage and execute technical repairs within our central workshop. In this role, you will be the backbone of our repair operations, ensuring that all components, motors, and electrical panels brought into the workshop are restored to perfect working order.

## Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Inspect, test, and repair electrical components, wiring, and machinery related to refrigeration units.
* Overhaul compressors, motors, and other mechanical parts within the workshop.
* Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify complex mechanical and electrical faults.
* Ensure all workshop tools and testing equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
* Adhere strictly to company safety standards and workshop protocols.

## Requirements
* Successful completion of a relevant technical certificate or diploma (Electrical/Mechanical) from a recognized institute.
* Proven practical experience as a workshop mechanic or electrician.
* Deep understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and mechanical systems.
* Ability to work with precision under tight deadlines.
